OKAY: translations, podfics, comics, fanart, fanfic, animatics, songs, cosplays, playlists, reading it on-stream, personally printing a physical copy (for personal use only), DM'ing me about the story and serious critiques of itNOT OKAY: reposts/reuploads, printing the story for profit or using any for-profit sites to do so, @-ing cc's if they've read it, dono-ing or spamming during livestreams or any other place that has nothing to do with it, compare my fic to other people's in any way, pointing out small issues like typos/grammar, leaving weird comments on the fic (NSFW, hateful speech, etc.)

Passerine FAQs

Everything in Passerine is up to readers' interpretation! So any questions regarding the identity of so-and-so unnamed character, you can answer for yourself, and you'll be correct.The ending is also purposefully vague so readers can come up with their own epilogues.Personal favorite scene to write? Chapter 7 dreamscape sequences.Personal favorite line? "[...] yearning, with all his might, to be able to love something enough to also love what grew from its ruins."Personal favorite character to write? Passerine!Dream was very fun :)Least favorite scenes to write? Fight scenes my beloathed. I'm very glad you guys loved them, but good Lord were those tough to get through.It took me at least a week to draft and write each chapter; longest it took was around a month for Chapter Seven.Yes, the title of the fic and the chapters are from the Oh Hellos' song Passerine.General advice for writing: don't underestimate your readers, look for inspiration everywhere, and always set a theme that you want your story to revolve around.
